Maître Stéphane ARNAUD is a lawyer at the Court registered to the Marseille Bar since 2012. He holds a PhD in European law and is a member of the Team Europe France network (an expert speaker representing France through the European Commission since 2012). Member of the Ethics and Psychiatry Commission of the Mediterranean Ethical Space - Public Assistance - Marseille Hospitals - Timone, Stéphane ARNAUD is co-head of the Psychiatry Commission at the Marseille Bar. Former legal adviser to the Court of Justice of the European Union, Stéphane ARNAUD advises on industrial property matters (patents, designs, trademarks, geographical indications) as well as innovation, digital market, competition law and State aid policies. Concerned by personal injury issues in terms of traffic accidents, assaults, or for wounded or sick soldiers, Stéphane ARNAUD has graduated of an IUD in traumatic brain injuries at the « Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin en Yvelines - UFR de médecine de Paris » in order to assists his clients at his best in the various compensation schemes and assist them in cases of aggravation. Mr Stéphane ARNAUD stands in the defence of fundamental freedoms in criminal matters (international criminal law, health criminal law, economic criminal law), as well as in civil matters (hospitalisation without consent). Finally, in addition to handling general litigation (drafting deeds, taxation, divorces, successions), Stéphane ARNAUD is also mandated to carry out real estate transactions.
