Maître Franck ARNAUD

Franck ARNAUD has been a lawyer at the Court of Nimes, after having practiced at the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence. He has a PhD in European law on relations between the European Investment Bank and European companies and is also a member of the Team Europe France network (an expert speaker representing France at the European Commission since 2001).

Following a career as a consultant in European affairs and as a corporate lawyer, Franck ARNAUD has served as a project manager and advisor for European affairs supporting a local Development Agency in MARSEILLE. He has both supported Creators and Buyers of Businesses throughout Marseille, as well as having been innovative in Social Economy Projects, supported by European funds. He worked besides in social housing before assisting asylum seekers (Afghans, Pakistanis, Chechens, Syrians and Kurdish Bosnians from Turkey and Iraq) with the French Office for the Protection of Refugees. stateless persons and OFPRA as well as the drafting of appeals at the National Court of Asylum (CNDA).

Mr Franck ARNAUD then became a lawyer at the Marseille Bar and deals with questions of European competition law, intellectual property law, European social law, European funding (ERDF, EAFRD, ESF, etc.) and State aid.

Mr Franck ARNAUD also practices in mergers and acquisitions, private equity (venture capital, expansion capital, LBO). He advises companies and investors at all stages of their transactions, from incubation and fundraising to external growth and exit operations. It also supports the creation of investment funds. He has accompanied project leaders for ten years and obtained various private and public financing in the framework of his activities.
